Oracle has announced the general availability of its new OCI Generative AI Services, following a successful beta phase. This managed service is set to revolutionize how enterprises leverage AI by integrating it directly with existing data, particularly within Oracle databases.

At a recent event in Dubai, Oracle also revealed two additional offerings currently in beta: OCI Gen AI Agents and OCI Data Science AI Quick Actions. These new tools aim to streamline the creation of enterprise-level generative AI applications, allowing businesses to harness their unique data more effectively and economically, without the need for extensive additional infrastructure.

Built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), these services utilize Oracle’s advanced network and computing resources, including high-performance Nvidia GPU clusters, to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities directly where your data resides.

As Oracle’s VP for Strategy and Operations, Erik Bergenholtz, emphasized, “We’re bringing AI to the data,” enabling a seamless, powerful integration of AI into your enterprise operations.
